2026 Broadcasters

Kaden Bessent, Texas State University

Kaden recently graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor's in Electronic Media. Before changing his major to pursue a career in sports media, he wanted to be a history teacher and a baseball coach. During his time in San Marcos, he spent time at the school newspaper, radio station, and worked for athletics in a broadcast/communications role. Sports have always been a large part of his life, and that's why the majority of his free time is spent watching them on TV. The rest of that time is spent listening to music (specifically rock), fishing, reading his Bible, or dabbling in some guitar. Loves the Texas Rangers, dislikes the Houston Astros.

Ben Cameron, Texas State University

Ben grew up in Pflugerville, Texas and is a senior majoring in Electronic & Sports Media with a minor in History. He's the Director of Sports Broadcasting for the student radio station KTSW 89.9 and will be the Executive Director for the 2026 Summer and Fall semesters. He's broadcast for everything Texas State athletics, including men's basketball on Learfield. He enjoys hiking, fishing and Jose Altuve.
